My name is Ichiro Ohno. I was born in the Ishikawa Pref. Ishikawa-gun in Japan, would move to the Kanazawa city soon, and live.
In about 1965
I moved because of the surface of the moon and the Saturn where it had been had to show with the telescope of public facilities (F15 refractions of 15cm) and was interested in astronomy.
In about 1968
I had my telescope for the first time and started the celestial observation and the astrophotography. The camera used for the first time was Canonet (45mm F1.9 lenses).
In about 1970
I decided that the hobby of the astrophotography grew worse and I became a precise equipment engineer. Moreover, I was selected to the photo contest of an astronomical magazine in the first at this time. Afterwards, I joined this astronomical good association (astronomical association of Kanazawa) and I worked on the surface of the moon taking a picture etc. with 15cm refracting telescope.
In about 1973
I met the computer. It was a minicomputer named HITAC10 of Hitachi Ltd..
Moreover, I was interested in an astronomical calculation which used the programming language like FORTRAN and BASIC, etc. and I was absorbed in the programming.
1975
I joined the optical instrument maker in Tokyo. The astrophotography has been forgotten before one is aware though I was assigned to the technology division of the camera. However, the scenery photograph often went out for taking.
In about 1980
I worked on the development of the optical measurement machine (computer control) which used the CCD imager etc. Moreover, I was absorbed as a hobby in making the audio amplifier and the microcomputer system by oneself.
1984
I renewed the U-turn to the hometown, and the observatory was constructed in own house at the chance and the astrophotography was renewed. However, I became metropolitan area work one year later and Halley's comet was seen under Yokohama bright and emptiness.
1987
I settle down in Kanazawa and have been arriving now. Work is a development of the computer software. It is a seed of worry that the night sky lightens fast in the astrophotography though I will continue as my life hobby.
